NEW-Wizard Boys 9th & 10th Grade Fall Team

Program Details:

The Wheatland Wizards Basketball Club is a Premier Competitive Regional Traveling Basketball Program of the Wheatland Athletic Association, based in the Naperville/Aurora area. Coach Duncan Ward serves as the Director of the Wheatland Wizards Basketball Program, and the fall team’s head coach.

The Wheatland Wizards Travel Basketball program objective is to develop basketball players into exceptional high school basketball players through education, skill development, and appropriate competition.

We emphasize: Giving 100% effort always!  Man-to-man defense, full court-aggressive trapping, quick-transition offense & floor spacing.

Eligible players must be currently in 9th or 10th grade in Fall of 2018.

Tryout fee: $20 (non-refundable)
Program fee: $500

Tryout Information:
Saturday, September 15th from 10:30am-11:45am OR Sunday, September 16th from 5pm-6:15pm.

Location: WAA Sports Center (2323 Liberty Street in Aurora)

The Wheatland Wizards Basketball Club is a Premier Competitive Regional Traveling Basketball Program of the Wheatland Athletic Association, based in the Naperville/Aurora area. Coach Duncan Ward serves as the Director of the Wheatland Wizards Basketball Program.

The Wheatland Wizards Travel Basketball program objective is to develop basketball players through proper instruction, skill development, and appropriate competition.  Our focus is to enhance each individual basketball IQ, skill level, and knowledge on how to play basketball.

Wizards Travel Basketball emphasizes: Man-to-man defense & help-side principles, full court, aggressive trapping defense, quick, transition offense & efficient floor spacing.

Wizard High School Summer Teams

Program Details:

The Wheatland Wizards Basketball Club is a Premier Competitive Regional Traveling Basketball Program of the Wheatland Athletic Association which is based in the Naperville/Aurora area.  Duncan Ward (Coach Dunc) serves as the Director of the Wheatland Wizards Basketball program, and the summer team’s Head Coach.

The Wheatland Wizards Travel Basketball program objective is to develop young basketball players into exceptional high school basketball players through education, skill development, and appropriate competition.

We emphasize: Giving 100% EFFORT ALWAYS!  Man-to-man defense, full court-aggressive trapping, quick-transition offense, and floor spacing.

Eligible Players must be entering 9th thru 12th grade in the Fall (ages 14-17 years old).  Skilled 8th graders can tryout.  Practice begins the week of June 18th, and games begin the weekend of July 7th through August 19th.
